81. Jon Contino – Finding Peace In Creative Work, You Need A Hobby, Navigating the Peaks And Valleys, Being True To Yourself & The Uglybooks

Today, I’ll be having a conversation with New York native Jon Contino, an influential staple in the design and branding community. Jon went deep into the stories that make him one of the greatest references in design and illustration of our times – he shared his personal path as a creative, his fears and strengths, the rough things that he went through as a child, and showed us how all that is infused into his life and his signature style.

During this show, you’ll learn what are the things that will help you stand out from the crowd as an artist, you’ll get insights on how to find your artistic style, and you’ll feel less alone in your creative path as Jon gives you a peak into the challenges he faced along the way, some of which you may experience as well. And stay until the end, because for this time only, I’ll be sharing a bonus snippet of a conversation we had off the record.
